Yoga is a Lifelong Practice

I teach Monday and Wednesday from 12-1 pm, at the Manlius YMCA.

I teach Monday 11-11:30 (healthy back) & 12-1 pm (general class), at the Manlius , NY YMCA.

With training in massage therapy, specialized stretching and Forrest Yoga, and over 30 years of teaching experience, I will guide you through an experience that works for your body. Forrest Yoga is a modern style that pays attention to areas that we need most: hips, back, neck, while also building strength, breath and awareness.

In class, you’ll receive general and individual verbal cues to ensure your comfort and the development of your yoga practice. I also offer hands-on-assists, opening up new possibilities that can be discovered through a physical cue.

I teach weekly classes at the Manlius YMCA. I’m also available for private sessions on Zoom, by appointment.
